The wall of water that washed over the shores of our homeland brought
an early end to the lives of many of our loved ones. For the past week,
the volunteers of AID in many centers of the world
have been working hard to bring succour to the survivors. The support
of the community has been truly astounding. As a mark of our respect
for the departed souls, we are requesting you to join in 5 minutes of
complete silence at 12 noon on Jan. 1, 2005 at your local time. No
matter where you are please take these 5 minutes to pray for each
one of the reported 120,000 of the world citizens who are no more.
